What should I do when the SHC is closed?

While the Health Center is closed for intersession we have limited staff responding to WebView messages and reviewing refill requests.

The Health Center is closed for appointments for intersession but we still have limited staff available to respond to your questions and prescription refill requests.  If you have a general question not related to your medical care needs,  please email us at Student.HealthCenter@wwu.edu.  Otherwise please log into WebView to communicate with one of our providers directly or send a refill request to the “RX Refills” provider.  There are detailed instructions at the bottom of our WebView FAQ page here: https://studenthealth.wwu.edu/webview

The Consulting Nurse service remains available 24/7.  You can call 1-800-607-5501 to speak with a nurse about your concerns.
